- By paying a deposit you have entered into a contract to buy the vehicle or vehicle type that the deposit has been placed upon. If, subsequent to placing the deposit, you do not wish to proceed with the purchase then the deposit is non refundable. All sales are final.
- Parts only warranty to cover chassis, bodywork, rims, rear axle, engine, shock absorbers, exhaust, and seat. Warranty period is 6 months & does not cover abusive use. Carriage costs for any parts returned under warranty will be borne by the buyer. Returned items will be inspected to check for correct use. Subject to these conditions items will be replaced free of charge.
- By purchasing from Blaze Motorsport I waive any rights to sue or seek damages from the company or its officers or agents. Blaze Motorsport will not be liable for any damage or injury caused to any property or persons by the customer's use of the vehicle & customer will accept liability for any actions taken by him whilst using the vehicle & release the company from any liability or claims made subsequent to such conditions.
